Keep yourself healthy: Exercise and eat healthy foods and drink lots of water.
Use practical ways to relax: Take deep breaths and use time off to relax. Talk to your feelings to loved ones and friends.
Pay attention to your body, feelings, and spirit: Recognize early warning signs of stress. Know that feelings stressed, depressed, guilty, or angry is common after an event like an infectious disease outbreak, even when it does not directly threaten you.
