SKYWARD:
We encourage you to download the Skyward mobile app. Students may view their schedules via Skyward at this time. Parents have already been set up and have used Skyward to access school materials. At this time your student’s schedule will be viewable through YOUR Skyward. All student fees will be paid online and through Skyward. Student access to Skyward will come within the next week.
ANNUAL SCHOOL FEES:
Fees will be paid via Skyward. To avoid lines and congestion our offices will not be accepting payments for school fees in person during the orientation.
ON-CAMPUS LEARNERS & ORIENTATION: Masks/face shields must be worn by anyone entering the building.
Orientation is mainly for ON CAMPUS students to come through the building, walk through their schedule and meet their teachers. There will be no school pictures during orientation. Students are still encouraged to wear their uniforms. Teachers will be in their classrooms. In Skyward you can view the course teacher’s name and room number. Some teachers rotate classrooms during the day and will be located in a common area indicated by signage at the school. Orientation is not required, and students that are on campus learners and that are comfortable with the building layout and know most of their teachers, do not need to attend. New students may benefit from walking the building and becoming accustomed to the layout and their class locations.
OFF CAMPUS- LIVE STREAMING:
Students enrolled in the off-campus:live streaming program do not need to attend orientation. They will be invited to pick up materials (books, etc) next week. They may view their schedules in Skyward at this time.
BYU Independent Study: Please watch your email for details on how to register. All registration for BYU Indep. Study will be done through APA. Students will have a set curriculum based on grade level, math level and graduation requirements (HS). Students will not be allowed to choose classes from the BYU catalog.
Here is the on campus orientation schedule:
Students with a last name starting with A-E are invited to attend from 8:30am to 9:30am.
Students with a last name starting with F-J are invited to attend from 10:00am to 11:00am.
Students with a last name starting with K-O are invited to attend from 11:30am to 12:30pm.
Students with a last name starting with P-T are invited to attend from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
Students with a last name starting with U-Z are invited to attend from 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUESTS:
Students needing to make schedule changes must fill out a schedule change request form. Filling out the form is the only way we will process schedule changes. Those attending the orientation on campus may use the paper form available in the building. Those not attending the orientation may submit the electronic version by completing this Google form: https://forms.gle/
