Dear Draper 3 Parents,

We are so excited that the Draper 3 construction will be completed soon – the new fine arts wing is going to be amazing! Until its completion, construction continues to make our afternoon pick up slow and challenging. To ease congestion, we will be making the following changes:

Purple Dismissal (D3 only) – cars may enter the property at 2:45 pm (MTF)/1:45 pm (WTh)

• We are allowing you to come 5 minutes early!

Yellow Dismissal (D2/D3 families) – cars may enter the property at 3:20 pm (MTF)/2:20 pm (WTh)

• The new dismissal time is 5 minutes later. Cars will not be allowed on the property until this time.

Reminders:

• You must display your carpool tag at all times
  • If you do not have a tag, you will be able to drop off your student, and you must return after 9:00 am to get your tag
  • In the afternoon, if you don’t have a tag you will not be allowed on the property until 3:50 pm (MTF)/2:50 pm (WTh)
• Please be kind and courteous to other parents and follow directions of staff
• If you have a Draper 3 student, you must stay in the right hand lane next to the fence
• Please wait for staff to direct you to the curb
• After picking up your Draper 3 student, you may exit or get in the A/B or C/D lane to get your Draper 2 student(s)

Nos entusiasma saber que la construcción de Draper 3 finalizará pronto; ¡la nueva ala de bellas artes quedará increíble! Mientras concluyen las obras, la construcción sigue haciendo que la recogida de alumnos por la tarde sea lenta y complicada. Para aliviar la congestión, implementaremos los siguientes cambios:

• Salida del grupo morado (solo D3): los vehículos pueden ingresar al recinto a las 2:45 p. m. (lunes, martes y viernes) / 1:45 p. m. (miércoles y jueves).
• ¡Les permitimos llegar 5 minutos antes!
• Salida del grupo amarillo (familias de D2/D3): los vehículos pueden ingresar al recinto a las 3:20 p. m. (lunes, martes y viernes) / 2:20 p. m. (miércoles y jueves).
• El nuevo horario de salida es 5 minutos más tarde. No se permitirá el ingreso de vehículos al recinto antes de esta hora.

Recordatorios:

• Deben exhibir su tarjeta de identificación para el sistema de transporte compartido (*carpool*) en todo momento.
• Si no tienen la tarjeta, podrán dejar a su estudiante, pero deberán regresar después de las 9:00 a. m. para obtenerla.
• Por la tarde, si no tienen la tarjeta, no se les permitirá ingresar al recinto hasta las 3:50 p. m. (lunes, martes y viernes) / 2:50 p. m. (miércoles y jueves).
• Por favor, sean amables y corteses con los demás padres y sigan las indicaciones del personal.
• Si tienen un estudiante en Draper 3, deben permanecer en el carril derecho, junto a la cerca.
• Por favor, esperen a que el personal les indique cuándo acercarse a la acera.
• Después de recoger a su estudiante de Draper 3, pueden salir o incorporarse al carril A/B o C/D para recoger a su(s) estudiante(s) de Draper 2.
